DRY BRUSHING
A Somewhat firm brush is used on the area of the body with cellulite. Brushing in circular motion on dry skin, the brushing is said to increase circulation and decrease cellulite. I always start at my feet and work my way up to my heart. I recommend it in the morning before your workout. Also at night before bath or shower. To optimize results also dry brush before infrared sauna.
INFRARED SAUNA
Infrared saunas heat the body directly. The result is deeper tissue penetration.This sauna uses light to create heat, often called far-infrared sauna- “far” describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum.

It is recommended to drink 8- 8 ounce glasses of water per day. You can also eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. Cucumbers are made up of around 96% water- that’s the highest water content of any food.Hydrate from the inside out. Always use moisturizing products on your skin like smooth skin firming products!
